Creating the Steps to Wellformedness

The first step to creating a wellformed outcome is to decide what it is that you want to do, achieve, or
change in your life.
Begin the exercise by taking a piece of blank paper and write down the answers to this enquiry.
The first step is to determine where you are now.
- What is the situation that you find yourself in presently?
- Is it happening in all areas of life, or in a specific one?
- Are there other people involved whose needs have to be taken care of?
- What is it about you or the situation that makes you feel less able to change it for yourself?
- How do you see the present state as you think about it, here, now?
- How do you feel about the present situation as you consider it, here and now?
- Do the external sounds and voices have any impact as you think about that, here and now?
- What are you telling yourself about the present situation that is negative?
- Are you telling yourself anything about it that is positive?
